1. Who we are. 2. What this website is. It describes our studio, our games and the work we do with partners. Nothing here is an offer, a quote or a commitment to provide services, and nothing on this website creates a contract. Any work we do for you is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both sides. If these terms and a signed agreement disagree, the signed agreement wins.

3. Using the website. Use it lawfully and don't interfere with it: no attempts to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or the server behind it, no automated collection that degrades the service, and no use of our contact forms to send unsolicited advertising. We may change, suspend or remove any part of the website at any time without notice.

4. Our content. The text, design, logos, screenshots, artwork, game names and code on this website belong to us or to our partners and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link. Press and partner assets published on our press page may be used to write about us or to present us inside your company; everything else requires our written permission. Nothing here transfers any rights to you.

5. What you send us. When you use a form or write to us, send only what you are allowed to share. Do not send confidential material before we have an NDA in place, and do not send personal data about other people beyond ordinary business contact details. 7. Links to other sites. We link to stores, calendars and other third-party services. We don't control them and are not responsible for their content or their terms.

8. No warranty. The website and its content are provided "as is". We do our best to keep information accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that it is complete, error-free or continuously available. Figures about our games come from the stores on the date stated next to them and change over time.

9. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profit or lost data arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes about this website go to the courts of Wyoming, unless a signed agreement between us says otherwise for that work.

11. Changes. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
