These Terms of Use govern your use of Devil Crushers: Roguelike Idle (Android package com.devilcrushers.game, distributed on Google Play). They cover this game only. This website has its own terms of use, and what the game collects is described in its Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing or using Devil Crushers: Roguelike Idle ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the Game.

2. License Grant

Dev Hub Games LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to download, install and use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes. Under this license:

• you may not modify, distribute or create derivative works of the Game;
• you may not reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract its source code, except where that right cannot be excluded by law;
• you may not use the Game for commercial purposes;
• you may not sell, rent or share your game account.

3. User Conduct

When using the Game, you agree not to:

• use cheats, exploits, automation or unauthorised third-party software;
• interfere with the Game's servers or with other players' use of the Game;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or to another player's account;
• harass or abuse other players or our support team;
• break any law or regulation that applies to you.

4. Intellectual Property

The Game and everything in it — graphics, characters, music, text, code and design — belongs to Dev Hub Games LLC or to its licensors and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. Nothing in these terms transfers any of those rights to you. The Game contains fantasy, demonic and mythological themes used for entertainment.

5. Virtual Items and Purchases

The Game is free to download and offers optional in-app purchases, processed by Google Play. In-game currency, heroes, artifacts and other virtual items are licensed to you for use inside the Game. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred outside the Game. Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policy; if something you bought was not delivered, write to support@devhubgames.com and we will sort it out.

6. Availability and Changes to the Game

We may update the Game, change or remove features and content, adjust in-game balance, and suspend or discontinue the Game or any of its online services. Progress depends on our online services being available, and we do not promise that they will be available without interruption.

7. Privacy and Data Collection

What the Game collects, who processes it and how long it is kept is described in the Devil Crushers Privacy Policy. To have your account and its data deleted, write to support@devhubgames.com with the subject "Devil Crushers account deletion".

8. Disclaimers

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that progress will never be lost through events outside our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Dev Hub Games LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost progress, lost virtual items or lost profit, arising from your use of the Game. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Game and to its online services if you break these terms or use the Game in a way that harms other players or our systems. You can stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it; to have your account data deleted as well, see section 7.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use. The date at the top shows the current version, and material changes appear here before they take effect. Continuing to use the Game after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules, and disputes about the Game go to the courts of Wyoming. This does not take away any protection you have under the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.
