Who we are. This website is operated by Dev Hub Games LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (Filing ID 2026-002093690), registered office 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA — the address of our registered agent, not an operating office. Questions about privacy: write to the email address in the footer.

Information you share. What you send us through the contact form or by email: your name, work email, company and the project details you choose to share. We use it to reply to you and to prepare a proposal. We don't sell it or use it for advertising.

Privacy choices. We currently use no optional analytics or advertising services. Privacy settings let you review this and keep optional processing off. We store your preference locally on this browser for up to 180 days; it is not sent to an analytics provider. Choices apply separately to each website address. If we introduce optional services, we will describe them and ask for fresh consent before they run.

Website logs and cookies. Our web server records basic request information, such as IP address, requested page, time and browser, to operate and protect the website. We have not enabled analytics or advertising trackers, and this website does not set tracking cookies.

Third parties. Booking a call takes you to our calendar provider; its own privacy policy applies. Links to Google Play and other stores leave this website.

Email and contact forms. Forms submit your details directly to our server so we can respond to your enquiry. Requests are kept in a private inbox for up to 30 days. A pseudonymous anti-abuse identifier is kept for up to 24 hours to limit repeated submissions. Brevo sends notifications about submitted forms; incoming email is forwarded by Namecheap and stored in a mailbox hosted by Google. These providers process correspondence on our behalf. Optional tracking choices do not prevent form submission. We use enquiry information to respond to your request and discuss potential work; optional tracking choices do not affect your ability to contact us.

Retention and your rights. We keep correspondence for as long as needed to discuss and deliver a project, then delete it on request. You can write to info@devhubgames.com to request access, correction or deletion, or to object to or request restriction of processing. Other rights, including data portability and the right to complain to a supervisory authority, may apply depending on your circumstances. Necessary security processing is separate from consent to optional tracking.
